Almost there

Its official, we're now on 'Baby Watch'. The little blighter could arrive any time in the next four weeks.

It is my intention to weed out some nice new wallpapers out of all the ones I've accumilated in the last few months, so baby permitting I'll get some of them up.

Apologies for having such a huge gap in posting, but I've been stupidly busy working lately and just never find the time... Perhaps one of the sleepless nights I'm due to get soon will help it along.

Today I also shamelessly removed all the banners that were cluttering up the 'The Sheets' section, now you only get banners thrown at you if you actually download a wallpaper.

Well its about time I added a wallpaper to the news page so here it is...

This wallpaper is called Sheep by teocava and the reason I chose it was that its rare to find nice simple dual screen wallpapers

Three Ply for Two Sheets

Well we're back from the wedding and honeymoon, we had a fantastic time!

We had the wedding at a mansion in Hertfordshire, England. Amazingly the weather was fantastic, as you can see from the photos below.

We then headed off to Jamaica for our honeymoon, and although Air Jamaica have to be the worst airline I think I've ever had the misfortune to travel with, Jamaica itself was fantastic, they helped make the week perfect (we were upgraded to a villa with private pool).

In other news I'm going to be a dad in October, really looking forward to it, although it was a little unexpected (it's not the reason we got married though!).

No idea if its a boy or girl though, but here's a pic of the little tyke aged 14 weeks

Solitary paper

It's been a while since I posted a wallpaper and I finally found another nice one (so much crap to have to filter its unbelievable).

I have decided to pick up the Sony DSC-P120 in the end, although the DSC-P150 was very tempting with 7 megapixels it was a third more expensive, and you didn't get a 2nd battery and case with it, which in the end was just too expensive, Still from everything I've seen it should take some nice wedding photos for us.

Here's a nice wallpaper by Leandro Furlanetto called Why So Alone?

Camera sheet

So I'm in the market for a new digital camera as my Nikon Coolpix 995 and Canon IXUS V2 are both only 2 megapixels.

I've been looking at the rather sexy Sony DSC-P120 which seems to be very highly rated, plus comes with a spare battery and case for only slightly more than the model below.

I've got a 512MB memory stick that I use in my Clie to watch movies, so I wouldn't have to pay any more for memory (A big bonus).

Has anyone else had any experience with this camera? I'd be interested to know if its worth it.

Long time no sheets

Yes, yes, yes, I know its been a long time, but I've been away in California having a great time, we've been all over the place, went to Yosemite, San Francisco, Laguna Seca, Slowly trailed down Route 1 and back up again, a very enjoyable time.

We had our base of operations in Mill Valley, which was absolutely lovely, I still don't want to keep coming to work, and I really didn't want to leave, unfortunately holidaying permenantly doesn't pay the bills.

I wanted to find a really nice mac related wallpaper to honor the demise of my iBook, but quite frankly they're really crap.

Instead I found this very nice wallpaper called Love is like music made by he1z, definitely worth some screenspace.
